Stalker Chaingun ambush mod for Vlad 'MVM Doc'

This one was made for my friend Vlad, who helped me with the Marine character. He was a little bit doubtful at first, after discovering that i love working with low-res, pixels, 256 colors and all sorts of old-school effects. But, i assured him that i'll also make something in HD, something that he will love. And i did! He is an avid Stalker series fan, so it made the choice kinda easy for me. I decided to make a modified wallpaper for him, but something that would look as close as possible to the factory standard as i could. So i took a rather tame Stalker wallpaper and added his character there while
making a hundred adjustments to make things seem natural. 

Without question, it is my best photoshop work so far! My teacher back in the graphics course would be so proud  
All we did for this photo was him standing with that bandana in old gym, holding a rolled-up exercise mat with a piece of plastic stuffed into it...LOL It looked SOOOOO ultra-ridiculous!
(i would post it but he really objects...well maybe i'll convince him some day) 
But, i assured my friend that he will not be disappointed with the result.
And damn surely he was not!

There are a couple of very small details that i could have insisted on polishing, but there were time limits 
to the whole thing, and i decided to stop here, at a certain satisfactory point.
